To put it plainly, YES you can! We understand that few of our customers own their own printing firms and we are more than happy to provide them with the finest quality base products.

Can I order fewer products than the minimum order quantity?

We strongly advice our customers to order any product over its minimum order quantity (MOQ). The reason for this is quite simple i.e. Economies of Scale. Simply put, the prices of the products would increase significantly if you order below the minimum order quantity. Our prices include the Shipment , production and decoration of item, Since the Items are shipped to you from overseas, you might be liable to pay the custom duty or any other charges prescribed by your local jurisdiction on import.

In which file formats will you send me the designs?

We can provide you with Ai, Giff, Png file format. Usually we provide our customers with only the requested file formats.

Will I be able to rescale the designs?

Absolutely YES! We will send you a vector file which can be scalable to infinity if that is what you want. 

What is the usual completion time for a project?

The completion time for a project depends upon two factors. First and foremost, the complexity of the project and secondly On Your Cooperation. We encourage our customers to get involved in the designing process and the more you cooperate, the sooner we will finish the job.

I already have a sketch in my mind, can you help?

It does not matter if you have the sketch of project in your mind or you have doodled it on a piece of paper. We will transform that sketch into a digitized format, so you can use it in any manner you may see fit.

Will I be involved in the designing process?

As a matter of fact, we encourage our clients to get involved in the designing process—the more you cooperate, the better will be the finished results.

What if I do not like the design?

If, if and if, you do not like the design you can ask for a revision. We allow our customers to order three revisions per order and the needs of more can still be discussed with your Dedicated Relationship Manager.

Who owns the right to the final design?
